The cleanliness of the property left much to be desired, with musty smells and poorly maintained areas throughout the facilities. The convenience of the location was overshadowed by the number of steps, making it hard for those with mobility issues. The food quality at the restaurant was disappointing, with offerings that tasted stale and unappetizing.

the location was absolutely beautiful, but who could enjoy it? the food was overpriced and just awful, with wasps buzzing around breakfast! And the shower pressure? laughable! I nearly received a room upgrade as I deserved, but clearly, I was just treated like everyone else. I almost gave this a good review, but just couldn’t bear it.

On the downside, the food options were limited and the breakfast wasn't anything to write home about, often just rice and noodles. The location's a bit tricky for walking into town, especially at night with no footpaths, and the shuttle service runs less frequently than one might hope. The sound insulation isn't great either. I could hear neighbors above me stomping around well into the night. Oh, and don’t get me started on the low water pressure in the showers—mostly just a trickle.

It was just a perfect match for exploring town in Ubud with excellent value for money. The lush tropical surroundings provided a serene escape that made our stay more enjoyable. Be sure to try the coffee-bar across the road for a delicious meal instead of dining in the hotel.

One downside was that the location was a bit on the outskirts, making it hard to walk to town after dark. The stairs throughout the property can also be tiring, especially after a long day of exploring.

The main pool is stunning, complete with a swim-up bar that adds a nice touch to a relaxing day. The restaurant offers a delightful selection of Indonesian, Chinese, and international dishes, perfect for unwinding after a busy day exploring Ubud.

The property is so beautiful you feel like your in a paradise jungle I really loved the free shuttle service to the city centre it was super convenient for us because we used it everyday made things easy and saved time. The staff were amazing first class service they always made us feel welcome even with children around
